The Tactical Command and Control System of Ground Forces (DOLPHIN)
DOLPHIN is intended for automated decision-making support of the Ground forces unit commanders and staff when planning and executing operations. The DOLPHIN’s primary goal is to collect, process, visualize and distribute the tactical information by and among all levels of command and control. -
Systems for interoperability provision according to MIP
In order to achieve the required interoperabilty capability the nations are encouraged to implement Multilateral Interoperability Programme (MIP) specifications into their relevant command and control (C2) information systems. MIP focuses on the interoperability of C2 information systems, which includes the Land view of Joint operations, but facilitates contributions from Air, Maritime and other Communities of Interest.
